Tseminyu, November 26 (MExN): The Tseminyu Union (TU) today expressed serious concern over what it termed as the haphazard development of Tseminyu town, causing inconveniences, particularly encroaching on circular roads and public footpaths within the town area.
This phenomenon will hamper future development and inconvenience the citizens, it said.
Accordingly, the TU asserted that it would not tolerate any congestion of public spaces due to the mindless encroachment by individuals. It further urged the district administration to oversee any upcoming structures or activities that encroach upon roads and footpaths and issue directives to all the colony panchayats to reserve enough space for roads.
It also requested all town citizens to respect TU’s appeal and exercise caution in the larger interest of the common public, ensuring that embarrassing situations are avoided due to the actions of the union.
The union will always endeavour to oversee the welfare of the public and shall always work for the interest of the common good, it added.
