Dimapur, August 3 (MExN): An unidentified dead body of a non-Naga male (approx 30 - 35 yrs) was reportedly recovered on August 1 at Dimapur Railway track at KM 258/4-5 towards Dimapur-Rangapahar end.
A press release from the Dimapur Police PRO on Tuesday informed that the victim was suspected to be run-over by a moving train.
The deceased was wearing black jeans and yellow colored shirt, it added.
On completion of all legal formalities, the dead body was shifted to District Hospital Dimapur for post-mortem examination and identification.
Relatives and friends of the deceased have been requested to contact Officer-in-Charge, GRPS, Dimapur.
