The man of the match awards being handed out on January 17.
DIMAPUR, JANUARY 17 (MExN): Borolengri Knights XI CC and Whiskers Cricket Club won their respective matches at the ongoing Unity Cup T20 tournament organised by the Nepali Baptist Church Chümoukedima Youth Sports Ministry on January 17.
In the first match Borlengri Knights XI CC defeated Shine CC by 99 runs. Borlengri Knights XI CC won the toss and elected to bat first and scored 170 runs in 20 overs, with Likhit playing half century knock.
Chasing the target, Shine CC were all out for 71 Runs in just 15 overs. Likhit was adjudged man of the match for his 51runs.
In the second match, Whiskers Cricket Club beat Das Brothers CC by 48 runs. Whiskers CC won the toss and elected to bat first and scored 197 runs in 20 overs. Sede was the highest scorer for Whisker CC, scoring 94 runs.
Das brothers CC while chasing the target fell short of 48 runs and scored 149 runs. Sede was adjudged man of the match for his 94 run knock.
