URA UVIE- Macnivil releases first rap album in Nagamese

The much awaited debut album of Macnivil titled “Ura Uvie”- first ever rap album in Nagamese language has been released. The EP consists of six tracks. 

Accumulating a distinct vibe of its own, the album is incorporated with originality as determined. The title track also addresses revolutionary references and apart from that there are plenty of sing along lyrics, hooks and street anthems in the rest of the EP.

It had a warm reception on its opening day and Macnivil winded it up with a power packed performance at the 2nd Annual Cars and Bikes Meet at IG Stadium Kohima. 

Representatives from his management cited that they will be pushing for the physical copies first and the album will be available online only after a month or so across all platforms including iTunes and Spotify. However a special link has been provided in Bandcamp from where one can still make the digital purchase. 

The album was recorded at Clef Ensemble with Naga Beatz as the Music Producer.
