The VDB Association Tseminyu block under RD Tseminyu organized a village tour and visited 26 villages under Phenshunyu lojvu, Tseminyu Range, Tsongi Range and Kasha Daho Range.
DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 25 (MExN): The VDB Association Tseminyu block under RD Tseminyu organized a village tour and visited 26 villages under Phenshunyu Lojvu, Tseminyu Range, Tsongi Range and Kasha Daho Range to encourage village development and to create awareness program on PMAYG Scheme.
During their visit, VDB Association president, Andrew Kent along with his team held meetings with the village chairmen, GBs, VCM, VDBs, village members, and PMAGY beneficiaries and apprised them about the benefits of the scheme, a press release informed.
The team also encouraged the beneficiaries to be honest and make the best use of the fund provided as per the scheme. To ensure that every beneficiary benefit from the scheme, the Association assured to present awards to the best performer among the beneficiaries and the most developed village.
The VDB Association meanwhile appreciated the immense support extended by BDO Tseminyu Jenny Kath, RD Tseminyu block. The Association also thanked all the concerned departments particularly the Department of Rural Development Nagaland for providing the schemes for the progress and development of the villages and making the program a productive one.
