VLE Society Dimapur informs public on false claims

DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 21 (MExN): The Common Service Centre (CSC) District Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) Society, Dimapur District has refuted claims that the government is going to release Rs 30,000 to every individual who enrolls in the e-shram scheme under the Ministry of Labour and Employment.

“Recently reports have been circulating that some individuals have reached out to various villages and individual customers for enrolling in e-shram and are charging extra amount of money from public and giving out false information that the Ministry is going to release Rs 30,000 to every individual,” a press release from VLE Society Dimapur stated.

It urged the public to be wary of such claims. “The Ministry is not going to release Rs 30,000 as claimed by some VLEs, and whereof the VLE Society or State CSC Team will not be responsible for any loss caused to any individual,” it clarified. It further informed that that registration of e-shram is free of cost, but a minimal cost of printing the card may be charged from individuals.

For any information and complaints related to e-shram, people can contact the Society Office at 98565851691, 7005279571 or free helpline number 14434.
