Sechü Zubza Youth Org bags overall champ
Kohima, January 16 (MExN): The four-day long 50 anniversary of Western Angami ‘D’ Sports Association (WADSA) concluded on January 15 last at Kiruphema Ground, Peducha under Kohima district.
Sechü Zubza Youth Organization (SZYO) bagged overall champion title. SZYO emerged the football champion title while Mengujuma Youth Organization (MYO) stood runner-up.
Kiruphema Youth Organization (KYO) bagged first position in Volleyball (Men) while Thekrejuma Youth Organization (TYO) stood runner-up. In Volleyball (Women), SZYO emerged champion title while TYO stood runner-up.
Earlier, MLA Keneizhakho Nakhro graced the closing ceremony as the guest of honour.
The function was chaired by WADSA former president Aletuo Kruse while vote of thanks was proposed by WADSA joint secretary Keneiletuo Sano.
The inaugural of the meet on January 12 was graced by Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio as the special guest.
