A free workshop for women entrepreneurs was organised by Watsü Mungdang in celebration of International Women’s Week at ‘Aoer Kilem’ Sangtemla Ward on March 6. Nine women entrepreneurs from Mokokchung participated at the workshop. 

Sheetal Gurung, Lead Consultant, Women in Wealth (WoW), the resource person talked about marketing concepts, product quality, creating niche, creating market and needs of the clients or customers and creating the customer’s persona. 

Commemorating the IWD, the Watsü Mungdang hosted a sales-cum-exhibition which was held at the same venue. Participants at the workshop shared their feedbacks and experiences which was followed by sales and exhibition of their products. 

The participants and their brands included Sentirenla Ozukum @Senbakes, Imnichetla Jamir @pastelpapers, Senti @Sen’s art and Craft, Imkongsenla Longchar @Blooms_on_10th, Ketinaro @anthophiles_flores, Chubalem kichu @berem_accesories, Asensen @sweetsensatio, Amongla @tsukiSeamstress and Asenla @pretty_little_things.
