How amazing grace the name Nagaland itself proclaims if rebuilt? Reflecting to Bible, the relationship between God’s work and human work should be restored as decrees established during the reign of King Cyrus of Persia. The word of the Lord by the mouth of all the believers about The Great Nagaland must be accomplished. The Lord has blessed the land so it should be His people’s responsibility in making the better place to dwell in it and honors his name. But how, at times in pensive mood when thought toss about our land mesmerize responses triggers shunning all the brighter sight regardless of our rich heritages. The scenario in which the present generation exists isn’t a curse however, imagining the sorts of corruption engulfing the nooks and corners of our society might be a jinx which needs to be weeded out using the extreme unity. Those selfless sacrificial acts and legacy of our great leaders should be retrieved forth to use as a present tools. In each mind of our people we believe, Nagaland is one of the God chosen’s land and proudly say and write, “Nagaland for Christ”, but where we are today?.We use the symbol of Unity but where is our Unity when our house is divided? Are you the one paving better ways or obstructing object towards our right for better Nagaland? After all we are not chasing the wind of vanity. Henceforth, are all equally in all forms responsible in achieving the dream reality of better tomorrow.
In hundreds of good and bad of Nagas, to cite the simplest instance as, it is really overwhelming that young generation Nagas are fond of reading and emulating for various reasons and occasions and it is pretty sure that Nagas are history lovers and ever eager to learn the struggled of our great leaders too.
It is infact, we have a cherishable diversity, rich cultures and tradition and most importantly an unique history. Now, do we see and read across every single lines and tears fall while studying across to and fro the story upholding the pages the book content? The better Nagaland floats over it. It feels delighted wherever we notice a man we knew playing benevolent role in any act as a lead in those books we came across. Surprisingly as human being many questions flushes our brain about the bravo man. Such basic queries are who is his father, who his grandfather is? Which village, what tribe does he belong and what clan? Is he real Naga by blood? And even to the extent of how their sons/daughters are, and so on. The reality is, this man is your father, brother and son of the Naga soil.
Contrastingly, if the same figure is self-centered with mind defiled everybody will nod their heads in negative. Even the boneless tongue of his bloodline will smartly deny revealing the genetic relationship because who wants to drag oneself in the hypocrisy.
We are part of the present chapter whether we like and admire or not. The good work you write may be crucial and might have errors but, to err is human; to forgive is divine so nobody cares if you dare timely awake your conscience and rectify in sober. At times, mistakes can hurt but courage is the remedy. One can magically transform mistakes into blessings. When we don’t heed and learn from mistake forgiveness is not learn and so it will be comparable to holding a crusade for mistakes to be more fruitful in our life.
Remember, that mistakes attract more trouble and forgiveness attracts more blessings so the choice is ours. The decade’s long fight towards ushering better Nagaland tomorrow has taken away many great personalities of our society and we are not equipped to speak about them because we are yet to united and prepared.
We see our brother’s death, sees many homeless, friends without father, were they not sacrificed themselves to make better Nagaland for tomorrow? Let their flooded blood flow not in vain but through their precious blood for land converts the evil of hatred into love, joy, peace, forgiveness, oneness, enabling to exercise the positive thinking and give no chance to mistakes.
Yesterday had gone, counting on you is today and waiting now is better tomorrow. Since our God himself is a positive mind. He loves those who follow positive way of life. “Waiting for a better tomorrow is also a form of worship”. Let us develop positive thinking as it also helps building our personality and as a result we will enjoy success and see our better land. We do not have an equivalent Great power like an American to dream ‘Great NAGALAND dream’ and I don’t think we can copy-paste the dream for ourselves but at this juncture we can define our own dream to rebuild, reshape and reconcile. If you love Nagaland let this be your ultimate answer, “I will make better Nagaland for tomorrow because I am responsible for it”.
