•-Nagaland a dry state, where the sale of alcohol is restricted and the law enforcement agencies (Police) are suppose to check and control alcohol sales, but to my surprise that alcohol is available just in front/opposite of South Police Station in a pan shop, not only that a few police personal in full uniform came and buy their quota of alcohol as their duty is about to begin. Do the dry state law/bill or police service rule permit the personal in uniform drink on duty? South PS Kohima personals you check and control alcohol sales in other area but keep alcohol bar open in a form of pan shop, is it not a double standard? Do DGP or SP Kohima encourage this activity in front/opposite of South Police Station or allow police personal to drink on duty? Now my question is WHO WILL POLICE THE POLICE as the present police are with bootlegger and are happy that alcohol is easy accessible for them.
