Work hard, place confidence in God: NSF President Tep

Tseminyu, August 11 (MExN): Rengma Students’ Union (RSU) organised a felicitation programme in honour of Kegwayhun Tep, President, Naga Students' Federation (NSF) at Tseminyu Town Hall on August 11. 

Addressing the students, Kegwayhun Tep exhorted them to work hard and “place their confidence in God if they wish to succeed in life.” He expressed acknowledged the frontier Rengma CSOs for their continuous support towards the Federation and expressed optimism that the Rengma CSOs will continue to extend their support in strengthening the federation in the larger interests of the students' community and the Nagas as a whole. 

A press release stated that the programme was chaired by Haisen Apon and the invocation of blessings was pronounced by Jonathan Mesen, Youth Secretary CRBC. Heiko Kent, President, RSU delivered the welcome address followed by a cultural presentation from Tesophenyu Group Students' Union (TGSU).

Short speeches were delivered by presidents of the Rengma Hoho, Rengma Mothers' Association, Rengma Selo Zi, Rengma Sports Association, Rengma Officers' Forum and Rengma GB Association in solidarity and support towards the federation under the leadership of Kegwayhun Tep. 

A special song was presented by The Peers followed by the words of gratitude which was delivered by KegwaloMagh, General Secretary, RSU.
