The Blood Bank, Dimapur observed World Blood Donor Day 2016 on June 14 alongwith the students and faculty of Salt Christian College, Dimapur. Celebrating the day, the teachers and students of the college also donated blood. A total of 40 units were collected during the day. “Save other’s lives today, others will save you tomorrow,” were the words of Dr. Temsu, incharge of the Blood Bank, while he appealed for donation only in licensed banks.
