Longleng, May 17 (MExN): Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) of Community Educational Centre Society observed 'World Hypertension Day' on May 17 at Government High School, Kangching of Longleng District. The theme for the year is ‘Know your number.’
Dr. Bendangkokba Alinger, Medical Officer MMU spoke on cause and effect of hypertension/Blood Pressure. The students and staffs were made aware of the disease and availed medicines after check up from the team.
MMU is a project supported by The Hans Foundation and serves the rural people in Mokokchung and Longleng districts of Nagaland.
