N Tialemba Phom at the platinum jubilee celebration of Yachem Baptist Church.
Kohima, December 22 (MExN): Commemorating 75 years of Christianity, the Yachem Baptist Church celebrated its Platinum Jubilee from December 17 to 19 at Yachem village under the theme “Glory to God Alone.”
During the celebration, N. Tialemba Phom, Executive Secretary PBCA, C. Hamba Nemdakly, Sr. Pastor PBAD, Rev. Phomlee Van, Pastor KPBC and P. Angbhenla Phom, Women Secretary PBCA delivered God’s divine message, thy mercy and abundance of blessings bestowed upon the people of Yachem, calling its people to be an ambassador for God’s purposeful Mission within and beyond to all the Jubilee attendees covering four important events.
The programme was well attended by every citizens of Yachem, delegates from all the Phom Churches, guest from other tribes, In-laws and near and dear ones. S Pangnyü Phom, former minister, Y. Denngan Avennoho, Secretary GoN (Rtd) and other dignitaries exhorted the congregation with their invaluable thoughts for way forward of the youngsters in every aspect.
The three day event of Yachem Baptist Church Platinum Jubilee culminated in a grand manner under the leadership of M. Takochungba as Chairman Jubilee Planning Committee and Rev. M. Adao, Pastor Yachem Baptist Church.
