Youth association recovers stolen bikes, arrests four

Dimapur, January 25 (MExN): The Botsa Youth & Sport Association, also acting as a Vigilante Organisation, on receiving information of theft of some motorbikes, swung into action, and nabbed four accused along with stolen bikes.
A press note from the general secretary, Botsa Youth & Sports Association, Kechangulie Kense stated that on interrogation all the four accused namely one Azeu, one Chabeizolie, one Thejangulie and “the Kingpin” one David alias Kevi confessed to their involvement in the robbery.
It also stated that the accused with the stolen bikes were handed over to the local police station at Chiephobozou, for the law to take its course of further necessary action.
The two bikes, which were recovered from the “gang” are both of Bajaj Platina Models, bearing: Engine No. DUMBPA23655 chassis number MD2DDDZZZPWA42798 and Engine No.DUMBPK40617 Chassis number MD2DDD222PWK74708.
Therefore, the rightful owners with valid documents may approach the Botsa Youth and Sports Association or the local police station at Chiephobozou, Kohima and claim back their lost bikes within a period of one month from the date of this release, the note said.
