Mangkolemba, July 17 (MExN): The Hokiyong Ward Youth Organization (HWYO), Mangkolemba organized a cleanliness drive at Mangkolemba Town cemetery and Hokiyong Ward with a view to promote environmental awareness and uphold aesthetic values on July 16. Around 60 youth organization members and volunteers from Mangkolemba Adhoc Town Committee (MATC) rendered their service in cutting and cleaning the weeds and twigs in and around the cemetery and also along the 150 odd meter road to the cemetery, according to a press release from HWYO President, Tekameren and General Secretary, Bendangrenla. Another group of around 55 youth cleaned clogged drains and collected, disposed non biodegradable wastes at Hokiyong ward. The youth organization has thanked all those who extended support and help in the cleanliness drive.
