Wokha, March 19 (MExN): Mount Tiyi College, Wokha in collaboration with Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, has celebrated Yuva Utsav at the college premises under the theme “National unity and solidarity.”
The celebration was marked by Young Artist Award, Young Writers Award (Poetry), Photography Competition, Declamation contest and cultural song competition.
Sentimenla Jamir, Associate Professor and vice Principal Mount Tiyi College graced the occasion as special guest and distributed prizes to the winners.
Keynote address was delivered by Liasou Dukru, Accounts and Programme Assistant NYK while basics on HIV and AIDS, EMTCT & HIV Act 2027 were highlighted by Lichumo Odyuo, DPM, DAPCU.
The programme was chaired by Bokali Shohe, Assistant Professor while Dr Libemo Kithan gave the closing remarks.
