Kohima, November 7 (MExN): The 4th edition of the Zapa Annual Badminton Tournament officially commenced yesterday at the Zapa Indoor Stadium, Japfü Christian College.
The inauguration was graced by Neibalie Rio, Special Officer to the Chief Minister of Nagaland, who was the distinguished guest of the ceremony.
Rio highlighted the vital role of sports in building community spirit, fostering friendships, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Following the opening ceremony, the action continued with a Club Challenge between the Zapa Shuttlers and the Spikes Club.
