Zunheboto, march 17 (DIPR): The monthly meeting of Zunheboto District Planning and Development Board for the month of March 2014 was held on March 11 under the chairmanship of Akato L. Sema Deputy Commissioner and Vice Chairman DPDB Zunheboto.
Before the board deliberated the days agenda some of the new members of the board introduced themselves which included, Nungsangmenla Imchen ADC Headquarter Zunheboto, Neingutole Zhasa DPO Zunheboto, Chumlamo SDO (C) Suruhuto, Hito SDO (C) Zunheboto and Thunchanbemo SDO (C) Atoizu.
The agendas of the meeting included creation of Sub-centre at Laghilato colony, which was brought by Dr G. Hokishe Sema, CMO Zunheboto on which the board recommended and that it will be forwarded to the concerned authority for approval. The other agendas were the request of the Sumi Hoho for temporarily setting up the DIET Centre at Super market Zunheboto until the new DIET centre has been set up, on which the ZTC and DEO Zunheboto had no objection and thus the house approved for the DIET centre to be set up.
In conclusion, the Deputy Commissioner reminded all the head of offices to remain at their posting place in view of the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections and that no leave should be granted to the subordinated staffs.
