JALUKIE, NOVEMBER 18 (MExN): The Election Commission of Zeliangrong Baudi (Nagaland) has announced that the term-end Election-cum-General Assembly/Conference of the organisation will be held on December 12, 2025, at the ZB(N) Conference Hall, Jalukie Town, Peren district. The programme is scheduled to begin at 11 AM.
In a notification, the Commission said the announcement was made in accordance with Article 17(1)(a) and 17(3)(b) of the Zeliangrong Baudi (N) constitution.
The Commission informed that intending candidates for the posts under the Executive Council and the Assembly Secretariat may obtain nomination papers from the office of the Election Commission, ZB(N). Dates for submission and closure of nominations will be notified later, it added.
It further stated that the Electoral College, as prescribed under Article 18(1), (2) and (3), will be strictly followed. Electorates have been asked to produce letters of authorization from their respective villages seven days prior to the election date.
