Kohima, July 4 (DIPR): DC Kohima, Rajesh Soundararajan, IAS has reminded the general public that the Aadhaar enrolment/capturing day for the differently abled will be held on July 7 at the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kohima. Therefore all the interested persons have been informed to avail the facility.
Deputy Commissioner further informed that as per the norms of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Government of India, a copy of any two of the following documents to support proof of identity (POI) and documents containing name and photo are required to be produced and submitted at the time of capturing of biometric details:
• Passport
• PAN Card
• Ration/ PDS photo Card
• Voter ID/ Date of Birth
• Driving License
• Government photo ID Cards/ Service photo identity card issue by PSU
• NREGS Job card
• Photo ID issued by recognized Educational Institution
• Pensioner photo card and ST& Indigenous.
