Wokha, August 8 (MExN): The Departmental co-ordination meeting of Bhandari Sub-Davison was held on August 8 at ADC conference hall, Bhandari under the chairmanship of ADC Bhandari, Tiameren Chang.
A DIPR report stated that the meeting reviewed agenda of the previous meeting. The ADC highlighted the work distribution of Independence Day 2018 and also mass social work which will be conducted on August 11 at Bhandari town from 7 am onwards to clear the drainage, foliage, and water loggings. Heads of Offices (HoOs) and colony GBs are requested to supervise the work in their respective office compound and colonies.
The ADC said that strict attendance shall be taken for all the government employees on August 15. Respective HoOs are asked to submit attendance list and absentees.
In the meeting ADC, reminded the officers to renew and maintain of land pattas of their respective sites. Earlier, He welcomed the officers who were recently posted at Bandhari and urged them to attend the co-ordination meeting regularly which is held first Wednesday of the month.
