Dimapur, February 17 (MExN): Diphupar Naga Youth Organisation (DNYO) is hosting a common platform for the candidates of 4th Ghaspani – I Assembly Constituency on February 20 at 2:00 pm at Diphupar Local Ground.
At the event, all the four intending candidates of the constituency will present their election manifesto, individual aims and objectives towards the constituency, informed a press release from DNYO president, Kikheto Sumi and general secretary, Matung Raikhan.
The general public of Diphupar and all the neighbouring villages’ leaders and public will be invited to the programme, the release added.
It stated that the event will be one time opportunity for the candidates to expose their quality for the benefit of the public to decide whom to vote for during the election slated for February 27.
Post the common platform programme, DNYO said, no candidate will be allowed to set up election camp, rally or any sort of promotion within the jurisdiction of Diphupar village “in order to thwart the influence of money and muscle power during the preparation for the election.”
