The Khuvung School of Music on Saturday organized a musical concert here at the State Academy Hall with an objective to provide platform to the upcoming musicians in Kohima. Altogether, 19 upcoming music artists from Kohima performed in this musical gala. Among the prominent includes such as Mengu Suokhrie, Zonimong and Bembem Khuvung The Khuvung School of Music started on 19 July 2016 with an objective to bring up more musicians in Kohima. It provides free admissions to most of the students from the church. The academy provides courses in Guitars, Drums, Keyboards and Vocals and is run by two Janben Khuvung and Nelson Semy.
