Phek, August 19 (MExN): The DEF Phek today organised debate competition on human rights on the topic 'Naga customary practices and traditions are in tune with changing times’ at New Police Reserve Phek.
LDA Lezote-u of 5th NAP bagged the first position while UBC Boduve Rhakho of DEF Phek, Havildar N. Albert of 5th NAP and Havildar Hipadlak of 5th NAP stood 2nd, 3rd and 4th position respectively.
Altogether, 17 participants from DEF and 5th NAP (NGOs/NCOs/Const.) joined the competition.
Muzivolü T. Therieh, District & Sessions Judge Phek and secretary District Legal Services Authority, Phek gave away prize to the winners.
