IN THE FRAME...

A student holds her camera during the celebration of ‘World Photography Day 2019 at St John College, Dimapur on August 19. The College Photography Club organised an exhibition comprising of an array display of photographs portraying serene and pristine nature, the unadulterated, pollution free vegetation, and the culture and customs of people of Nagaland among others. The collection included some personally photographed by college principal, Professor Janetius, along with those submitted by photographers of the Photography Club. The exhibition also displayed posters throwing light on the significance of photography, its origin, advantages, uses, quick facts and above all the emotional, mental and financial gains of choosing photography as a prospective career option for an individual.  (Photo Courtesy: St John College, Dimapur)
