KDTODU submits complaint to Kohima DC against individual

KOHIMA, OCTOBER 9 (MExN): The Kohima District Truck Owners & Drivers’ Union (KDTODU) has written a complaint to the Kohima Deputy Commissioner against an individual for purportedly declaring the former’s recent statement on illegal cash collection at check gates and highways as false.

It further demanded that an enquiry team be formed to “find out the truth” regarding the individual, one Kozhol Kirha’s statement, and also to investigate the entire listed illegal collection of cash at the check-gates and on highways in and around Kohima.

The complaint from the KDTODU president, Rüvese Sokha and secretary, Küvethi Puro said that the individual’s statement had “declared the stand of KDTODU in listing the illegal collections of cash at the check-gates and on highways in and around Kohima as totally false and even blamed the KDTODU president and secretary in case of any bad consequences face by him in future.”

It asked the district administration to take action against the individual within 15 days.
