Lavoto Chizo will head the new team of Chakhesang Students’ Union (CSU) as president for the tenure 2018-20. Other new office bearers declared during the 70th General Conference of CSU coinciding with the Golden Jubilee celebration of Kütsapo Students’ Union (KSU) at Kutsapo include: vice president – Medovi Rhi, general secretary – Vetho Vadeo, assistant general secretary – Vesuto Khusoh, finance secretary – Vepfupra Kezo, social & cultural secretary – Avezo Kevin Kapu, education secretary – Nukuto Shijoh, and Thuputo Venuh as editor.
Vezito Tetseo and Vetu Tenenu will be the Assembly Speaker and Deputy Speaker respectively. This was announced by CSU Election Commissioner Vevotso Medeo at the valedictory function of CSU conference this evening.
Act of blessing on the new team of office bearers was pronounced by NBCC Youth Secretary Vikuo Rhi.
