Dimapur, December 18 (MExN): Livingstone Foundation Hr. Sec. School Dimapur was felicitated with the Jury’s Choice Award as India’s Best School for Exemplary Contribution in the Field of Education at the India’s School Merit Awards 2016-17 which was held at the Grand Chancery Pavillion, Bengaluru on December 10.
The award was received on behalf of the school by its Chairman cum Principal, Andrew Ahoto along with his wife Ani Yepthomi, Director of the Junior High, Livingstone Foundation Hr. Sec. School, a press release informed.
India’s School Merit Awards is an award programme organized by the Education Today Group in association with Gems Education to honor and felicitate top schools of India under CBSE, IB, ICSE and other State Boards in various fields.
Livingstone Foundation Hr. Sec. School was the only school from the entire State of Nagaland to be awarded at the award event where top notch schools from the region like St. Joseph’s School, Darjeeling and The Assam Valley School, Tezpur were also felicitated in various categories, the release added.
