Kohima, August 1 (MExN): Modern Institute of Teacher Education (MITE), Kohima conducted orientation cum first Fresher's Day for the new academic session 2016-18 at the college auditorium on July 30.
The student-teachers of B.Ed 2016-18 were given a warm welcome and enriched with the knowledge of the course contents. The Session-I on the orientation of the course was chaired by Sagamla, Student-Teacher of B.Ed 2015-17. The introductory speech was delivered by Pelee Hekha, Managing Director of MITE. In his speech, he welcomed the freshers and briefed them about the college and various activities held in the college.
The orientation on the course contents was followed by Session-II, where a speech was delivered by the Principal of the institute.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks by Kiboto, student-teacher of B.Ed 2015-17.
