NSCN (R) clarifies on ‘quit notice’

DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 7 (MExN): The NSCN (R) today informed that the NNC/PRN (Peoples Republic of Nagaland ) had “totally merged with NSCN/GPRN (R) on October 15 (which appeared on 16th October 2016 in various local newspapers), to carry out collective mission through peaceful means.” A press note from the MIP of the NSCN (R) termed it “very unfortunate” and a surprise that the “nonexistent organization has served quit notice to Fr. Jose Chacko Sdb, Rector of Don Bosco Vocational Training Centre to leave the centre on or before December 10.” The NSCN (R) said it would take stern action against any anti-national activities and would fully cooperate for the welfare and upliftment of Naga society.
