Tseminyu, January 8 (MExN): The first edition of Tesophenyu Sporting Club (TSC) Open Tournament (Men's Football and Women's Volleyball) will be held from January 11 to 22, 10:00 am at GHS Tesophenyu Ground under the theme ‘Together for Friendship’.
G K Rengma, President Rengma Sports' Association (RSA) and Vice President Naga Council Dimapur (NCD) and A Z Obed Magh, Senior Supervisor Social Welfare Department will be the special guests at the opening and closing ceremony respectively.
According to a press release from TSC President A P Francis Magh, and General Secretary Soyhunlo Seb, more than 20 football teams/clubs from seven ranges/groups under Tseminyu Sub-Division are expected to participate in the tournament.
Around 10 volleyball teams will be part of the women event, the release added.
