My recent trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau, Poland, during the 3rd week of June, 2025, considered to be the largest concentration camp during Nazi regime is comprised to three camps: a prison camp, a killing center, and a forced labour camp. It is the largest created by Nazi Germany. Jews were transported by train to Auschwitz June 1942 to November 1944. Construction started at Auschwitz-Birkenau which became largest camp by 1941.
My trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau has totally changed my perceptions what I have read. The site on which these three camps were constructed show the meticulous planning and execution by the Nazi regime and the mechanisms for torture and killings posit how deep human mind go, how sinister human mind could go, how diabolic is the human mind. The three sites especially the chambers used for medical purposes especially those concerned with women and children show the horrors and the pains the victims did undergo.
The sites in which killing took place such as gas chambers and cremation of the victims were gruesome, chilling, and diabolical. The ways with which each and everything planned and executed showed the deep-levels of hatred and prejudices that emanated from Nazism, the ideology the regime and Germans by and large were indoctrinated. Some millions especially Jews and others who had failed to fall-in within the categorisation of Adolf Hitler should die, since they failed in the criteria such as hailing from other impure races, disabled, old, etc.
All these happened during the World War 11 between 1941-1945 wherein Nazism as the ideology leveraged Adolf Hitler to go all out for genocidal campaign in Auschwitz and in other camp in Czechoslovakia and other parts of Europe. Holocaust of the WW11 happened during the mid of 20th Century continues to haunt us as we are in the mid-3rd decade of the 21st Century. After my return to Bengaluru, India, I keep seeing in different channels on TV screen, reading in the print media and through other sources and avenues.
Israel in the guise of terror at your door steps and Hamas’ attack on Israel and Israel on the 7th of October, 2023, and then on, since the October 8th, 2023, till now, going on killing and slaughtering spree pushing and displacing 2-million Palestinians from Gaza Strip, making an entity homeless, without any water, food, destroying health facility, demolishing worship places, schools, libraries, UN relief and aid centers, other facilitating centers that offers life and livelihoods for the Palestinians living in Gaza Strip, East Jerusalem, and West Bank.
Israel’s architecture of military occupation for the last 77-years and systematic ways of expanding its territories shows its movement towards of “Greater Israel” as envisioned in far-right Jewish ideology. What’s going on in Gaza shows the clear vision of the far-right Zionist occupying power headed by Bengamin Netanyahu as that of Adolf Hitler killing 6-million Jews in gas chambers called as ‘concentration camps’ Recently, an Israeli proposal to force much of Gaza’s population into a small zone in the territory’s South seemed have derailed the efforts to achieve a true between Israelis and Hamas.
We are all aware of the fact that in recent weeks, Israeli officials have briefed journalists and foreign counterparts on a loose plan to force hundreds of thousands of Palestinians civilians into an area controlled by Israeli’s military close to the Gaza-Egypt border. This proposal violates the international law because the civilians would be barred from returning to their homes to the north, a restriction that would constitute a form of ethnic cleansing. A number of peace proposals, talks, and others are going on, while on the other Israeli force continues it killing spree at an average of 60-70 Palestinians every day.
Hitler built the concentration camp to kill the Jews, whereas Netanyahu is systematically eliminating the Palestinians in Gaza Strip and in the process destroying the entire livelihood pockets. Now Gaza Strip an open prison now looks like that of Auschwitz-Birkenau camp site. Netanyahu went a few steps ahead of Adolph Hitler by his genocidal and racist modes of exterminating the Palestinians. He has given them the option to leave their land, otherwise get killed. The regime has openly said that it would soon de-populate the entire Gaza Strip
Zionist Jews are the racists who believe in white supremacy as Jewish supremacy. It is more or less comes parallel to Nazism ideology which believes in the supremacy of the German/Aryan race as pure. Accordingly, Hitler went ahead exterminating the Jews and others as inferior race and so, should be eliminated from the face of the earth. Netanyahu says that their wars against the Palestinians are not the clash of civilization, but to Jewish questions. The Jewish question Netanyahu goes back to what happened during WW-11 in the 20th century and in the 21st Century Netanyahu, a Jew has been responding to the Jewish questions for the last 17-years.
Adolf Hitler, liquidated the Jews in millions in the last century and now Benjamin Netanyahu, a Jew is repeating adding some more mechanics of death to kill the Palestinians, a race that the Jews consider as ‘inferior race’, and ‘human animals’. The behavioral pattern of Hitler and Netanyahu are almost the same. Hitler thought that the Jews were responsible for the defeat of Germany in the WW-1, while Netanyahu views the Palestinians from the Arabian race as the greatest threat and by all means be annihilated. He wants to purge the Palestinians vis-à-vis the Arabs from Gaza and so his modus operandi is to creating ‘concentration camps’ right across Gaza now and possibly the adjoining territories as well.
While walking along with the guide listening to her narrations about each and every exhibit especially the gas chambers, crematoriums, where the captives kept and slept, the food served and the uniforms they wore, and the labour they did were horrendous and de-humanising, I was recapitulating the some of the similar things happening in Gaza Stip. All these sparked me to raise a query that the Jews were once the captives of the Nazis during the WW-11, and now have become the oppressors of the Palestinians, employing crude modes to inflict pain and murder to its captives Palestinians. It raises a fundamental question that: If the oppressed like the Jews after their freedom become powerful, should they behave the same or more cruel than their oppressors?
