Kohima, February 12 (MExN): Three NCC cadets of Nagaland (NCC Gp-Kohima) were among the 26 NCC cadets of North Eastern Region who attended the Republic Day Camp in New Delhi from January 1 to 30.
JUO Zuchobeni Humtsoe and CPL Sodziivil Meze, are from St Joseph’s College (Autonomous), Jakhama under 1 NL Girls’ BN NCC and 24 NL (I) COY NCC, Kohima respectively while SUO Rokovino Yalietsu is from Kohima College, Kohima under 1 NL Girls’ BN NCC, Kohima. JUO Zuchobeni and SUO Rokovino were in All India NCC Girls’ Contingent and CPL Sodziivil in All India NCC Boys’ Contingent for Rajpath Armed March past on January 26.
According to a press release from Capt Regina Razousinuo, Associate NCC Officer St Joseph’s College (Autonomous) 1 NL Girls’ BN NCC-Kohima, North Eastern Region stood in the fourth position overall.
