49th Session of Wapher Students’ held

Tuensang, January 11 (MExN): The Wapher Students’ Union held its 49th General Session on January 4 at the Village Public Ground with Toshi Wungtung, Advisor to ENPO as chief guest.  

Wungtung spoke on the roles of youth in building the future of the village and urged the young students to help develop society by actively sensitizing villagers on various issues related to Primary Health, Quality Education and developmental schemes.  

He also called on the office bearers of the Wapher Students Union to strive harder for quality education viewing that quality of education is the most important tool for all round development and livelihood sustenance.  

Through education, one can be more aware of the historical and territory rights and pave a way for peace and development in the area, he added.
