The Northern Angami Sports Association (NASA) is all set to conduct 61st NASA wrestling meet 2020 from February 6 to7 at Khuochiezie (Kohima Local Ground).
Er. Kezhazelhou Theiinuo, chief engineer National Highway (PWD) will be the special quest while Neiketouzo Kenguriise, advisor NASA and PS to Chief Minister Nagaland will be the guest of honour.
The inaugural function will start from 9:00 AM onwards.
NASA treasurer Kevipusa Kezieo will chair the function while NASA president Lhoubeizo Mere Kesiyie will deliver presidential address.
NASA wrestling secretary Zhakholie Metha will administer oath to the wrestlers.
The champion will carry a cash prize of Rs. 80,000 sponsored by Mhalelie Rio while the 2nd, 3rd and 4th place winners will get Rs. 50,000, Rs. 30,000 and Rs. 20,000 sponsored by Er. Thepfusalie Guozi, Roko Angami and Lhouzotuo Rame respectively.
Under junior category, the champion will pocket Rs. 20,000 sponsored by Kezhalelie Keretsu. The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place winner will get Rs. 15,000, Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 5000 sponsored by Neibu Rio, Khriekethozo Lhoungu and Khriesangulie Riipreo respectively.
Meanwhile, tracksuit for ASA meet 2020 is sponsored by Kezhaletuo Kire.
Neibu Rio will be the chief judge and Nagaland Wrestling Referee Board will score referee for the meet.
