Dimapur, February 1 (MExN): The Borlengri Knights CC and Dimapur Slammers CC secured wins on Monday during the ongoing 6th Unity Cup to clinch their spots in the Cup finals.
In the first semi final match on February 1, Borlengri Knights CC won the match by 6 wickets against Whiskers CC.
The Whiskers batted first and scored 108 runs in 20 overs with Feroz (39) as their highest scorer.
Borlengri Knights chased the target in just 12 overs with a loss of 4 wickets.
Bishnu was adjudged man of the match for his 57-run knock.
In the second match, Dimapur Slammers CC won the match by 53 runs against Big shots CC.
Mughavi (58) was the highest scorer for Dimapur Slammers who opted to bat first and amassed 156 runs in 20 overs.
Big Shots CC fell short of 53 runs and were bundled out at 17 overs.
Mughavi was adjudged man of the match.
With the wins on Monday, the Borlengri Knights and Dimapur Slammers CC proceed to the final match scheduled to be played on February 3 at 10:00 am.
