Kohima, August 31 (MExN): The Fountain Club Kohima in partnership with State Council for Educational Research & Training (SCERT) Nagaland will be organizing the 8th edition of Nagaland Spelling Bee Championship 2019 at Capital Convention Centre, Kohima on October 3 and 4.
Unlike the previous Championship, this edition will allow three students each from one school.
Students studying in Class VI to Class IX are eligible.
All the prizes and award remain same with the following cash price of Rs.60,000, Rs. 40,000, Rs. 20,000 and Rs. 15,000 as first, second, third and fourth prizes respectively.
Quarter finalists will get Rs. 5000 each while young speller will get Rs. 4000 besides citations and trophies.
