Act as a catalyst: ACS to head of offices

Dimapur, February 11 (DIPR): Additional Chief Secretary & Commissioner (ACS&C) Nagaland, Banuo Z. Jamir IAS after assuming charge for Administration pays her maiden visit to Dimapur District on February 9 to asses flagship programme undertaken by various departments in the district.
While interacting with the various Divisional & Head of offices, Village representatives and GBs at Dhansaripar Sub-Division, Banuo said that she deliberately choose Dhansaripar sub- division to asses the requirement and  difficulties face by the Divisional Heads as officials often visit District Headquarters but pay less attention to sub Division. Calling for convergence within departments in the flagship programmes, she urged upon the divisional and head of offices to act as a catalysts as there are some “Water tight Department’’ who don’t want to share or co-operate with other departments. This hampers the development in the district. She added.
