AIACO national team visits Nagaland

Kohima, December 12 (MExN): The national president of All India Anti-Corruption Organisation (AIACO), Pradip Patil Khandapurkar along with his team visited Nagaland from December 8 to 11.  

During their stay, they witnessed the Hornbill Festival at Kisama and also attended a function for people with disability at Jalukie Town on December 9, informed a press release from R Sopu Angami, Ashoka Chakra, president of AIACO Nagaland.  

The Nagaland state unit of the Anti-Corruption Organisation also held a consultative meeting with the national team on December 11 in Kohima. The meeting was presided over by the state unit president, R Sopu Angami.  

Attended by members from 6 districts, the meeting deliberated on the organisation, the main objective of which is to fight against corruption and bring about a brighter future for the younger generation and the betterment of the Indian society at large, the release said.  

The national president along with his team assured the state unit to provide all possible help and support as they strive towards achieving good governance of the government for the welfare and prosperity of all country men and women to make a strong India, it added.
