Dimapur, April 7 (MExN): The AICC has given a directive to NPCC president asking him to refrain from taking any “disciplinary action” against “Show Cause Notices” issued to two of its senior members. The Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) president K Therie on March 12 had issued the show-cause notices to its Ex president Imkong and working president Ayang Aonok asking why “disciplinary action should not be taken against them” for their alleged anti-party activities. In a letter dated April 4, the All India Congress Committee (AICC) in charge of Nagaland, Dr K Jayakumar asked Therie to refrain from taking any action.“You are also advised to send all details in these cases to AICC for further action,”it added.
