Highlights various developmental activities
Dimapur, July 25 (MExN): The 2nd meeting of the Airport Advisory Committee (AAC) body as per the Ministry of Civil Aviation guidelines was held under Chairmanship of the Neiphiu Rio, MP (Lok Sabha) Chairman, AAC, on July 25 at Dimapur airport. The 1st meeting was held in October 2015.
A press release issued by Myingthungo Ababe Ezung, Member, AAC, Dimapur stated that Airport Director, Mughavi Zhimo highlighted the various developmental activities that are being undertaken presently in Dimapur Airport. Some of the major developmental work that took place and ongoing since last year are , re carpeting approach road , car parking, Face lift of terminal building, front Canopy , Perimeter road , CCTV , free wifi etc.
The meeting was attended by AAC members, M Ababe Ezung, Rusemtong Longkumer, ADC Dimapur, Assistant Commissioner, Dimapur, Chief Security Officer, AAI, Joint GM, ATM, AAI, Airport Manager AAI and Airport Manager Indigo and others.
Later the Chairman, AAC, Neiphiu Rio, MP (Lok Sabha) inspected the ongoing developmental work at the Airport.
