KOHIMA, JULY 24 (MExN): The All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) has appreciated the Nagaland University for understanding the grievances of students and promptly resolving matters, by permitting advancement of students to the subsequent semester i.e. 2nd to 3rd and 4th to 5th Semester with maximum 3 backlogs as a one-time special consideration.

In a press release, the ANCSU said this noble consideration has re-affirmed that the welfare of the students and colleges fraternity is prioritized. It also appealed the student’s fraternity to be more sincere and cautious of this new policy. The ANCSU, through an appeal letter dated July 17, had requested for one time relaxation on promotion of 2nd and 4th semester students with 3 backlogs and other result related issues, as all the college institutes in Nagaland are still transitioning to implement NEP 2020 that include students, faculty and parents.
