DIMAPUR, APRIL 19 (MExN): All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU) has demanded immediate removal of Eligibility Category- III under the guidelines for selection of candidates against state reserved seats before the Nagaland State Entrance Exam (NSEE) is conducted for the current year. Informing this, ANCSU in a press release said a consultative meeting was convened with aspiring candidates for NSEE, parents, social activists, ANSCU senior leaders and concerned citizens on Tuesday to deliberate on the non-fulfilment of the demands of ANCSU by the State Government. At the meeting, the house reportedly assured unconditional support to the Union in their demand against allowing non-locals to appear for the state reserve seats exams. The ANCSU has therefore warned the State Government that it should not be held responsible for any untoward situation.
