Kohima, July (MExN): An induction training program sponsored by Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Govt of India for entry level Assistants (0-5 years) from Kohima District Offices concluded on July 27.
Topics on soft skills, different government rules, accounts, pension, Right to Information act, gender sensitivity, besides basic office procedures which included noting and drafting skills, forms of communications, records management were taken up, a press release from Dr Hovithal Sothu, Deputy Director, ATI said.
The resource persons included Khinyi woch, L.Youdang Jamir, Dr.Alem W.Longchar, Imlibenla Jamir and Dr Hovithal Sothu. Dr Hovithal Sothu, Deputy Director coordinated the program.
Altogether 26 participants attended the program. A participatory certificate was awarded to all the participants.
