TUENSANG, JULY 26 (MExN): ATMA Longkhim block under Tuensang district inaugurated Maize Farm School at Chongtor village with Thripongse as the farm school teacher on July 18. Also, Juniru Food Security Group (FSG) was formed with 13 members. Besides the inauguration, training and demonstration was conducted on maize cultivation by Moatemsu, Assistant Technology Manager (ATM).
On July 19, another programme was conducted at Lirise village. Temsu, Farmer Friend demonstrated on tea processing technique, Hojungre demonstrated on kiwi and apple cultivation and grafting methods, while Moatemsu demonstrated on cardamom cultivation. Altogether 45 farmers attended the programme.
