Authorized dealership of JCB-Nagaland Earthmovers open in Kohima

Nagaland Earthmovers - an authorized dealership of JCB under the aegis Nagaland JCB, Chabou & Co. was formally opened here today along Nagaland civil secretariat road.  

Nagaland Earthmovers will deal in machines sales, spares and service.  

Exhorting the gathering, Prof. Tali, retd director school education encouraged the staff of Nagaland Earthmovers to be more skillful in their assignments and deliver good service to the people.   He was appreciative that young people possesses full of potential and asked them to be honest and thoughtful in their dealings. City Church Kohima pastor Kedo Peseyie offered prayers to the Almighty to increase the skills of the staff in their professional and business life.  

Neithono Zashiimo, customer relation manager said Nagaland JCB, Chabou & Co Kohima branch was opened in 2011 at Mohonkhola with its head office at Dimapur.  

There are more than 400 registered JCB under Kohima and Nagaland Earthmovers will be monitoring daily operations and services required.   Also to foster its service for customer satisfaction, Nagaland Earthmovers be opening a workshop soon, she added.  

J.C. Bamford Excavators Limited, universally known as JCB, is a British multinational corporation, with headquarters in Rocester, Staffordshire, manufacturing equipment for construction, agriculture, waste handling and demolition. It is the world's third-largest construction equipment manufacturer. It produces over 300 types of machines, including diggers (backhoes), excavators, tractors and diesel engines. JCB was founded in 1945 by Joseph Cyril Bamford, after whom it is named; it continues to be owned by the Bamford family. In the UK and India, 'JCB' is often used colloquially as a generic description for mechanical diggers and excavators and now appears in the Oxford English Dictionary, although it is still held as a trademark.  

Today, JCB in India is a leading manufacturer of earthmoving and construction equipment and has five world class manufacturing facilities.  

The function was chaired by Kh. Phoshu, branch manager Nagaland Earthmovers Kohima. Nagaland Earthmovers Kohima has a total strength of 12 staff. Ramen Das, branch manager of HDFC Bank Lt, Kohima Secretariat Branch also present on the occasion.
