AYUSH fraternities from Nagaland and Mizoram participates in the webinar held on June 24.

Naga, June 26 (MExN): The Ministry of AYUSH has developed ‘Ayush Sanjivani’ mobile application to evaluate the outcome of measures adopted by public for enhancing immunity and keeping themselves safe in these testing times which had brought the whole world at standstill. The preventive measures may be as per the AYUSH advisory or other AYUSH systems or Herbal Medicines etc.
A press release Dr P Srinivas, RO In-Charge of RARC Dimapur stated that in this context, the Regional Ayurveda Research Centre (RARC) Dimapur, on behalf of CCRAS, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, organized a webinar on June 24 to sensitize and create link between AYUSH Officials, practitioners and various stakeholders of AYUSH from Nagaland and Mizoram.
The event was graced by Dr Marsh Kumar, AD CCRAS New Delhi, Dr Bendangtula, AD AYUSH Department M/o HF&W Nagaland, and keynote address delivered by Dr Tiakaba Jamir, Member Secretary, SMPB, Nagaland.
Dr P Srinivas, RO In-Charge of RARC Dimapur presided over the webinar and presented the aims and objectives of ‘Ayush Sanjivani’ app based assessment study while Dr Vilas Gangurde, RO RARC Dimapur presented about Ayurveda measures of prophylaxis of COVID 19. Dr Prabin Kumar Shaw, RO In-Chargre, CRU (H) Dimapur presented about Homoepathy measures of prophylaxis in COVID-19.
Over 35 AYUSH fraternities from Nagaland and Mizoram participated in the webinar.
