DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 6 (MExN): The office of the Commissioner of Police, Dimapur has informed that illegal fireworks of foreign origin are hereby banned in compliance with the Notification issued by the Controller of Explosives, Government of India. A press note from the PRO, Dimapur Police cautioned that any individual or firm possessing or selling illegally obtained fireworks of foreign origin would be penalized under appropriate sections of law.
