Mon, September 24 (MExN): Ananta Mishra, BJP Organizing Secretary visited Mon district and held meetings with the party workers.
On September 20, booth level committee meeting was held at Mon district BJP treasurer’s residence. All the 9 A/C Mandal Presidents, BJMM, BJYM, Kissan Morcha, ST Morcha and Minority Morcha of various constituencies attended the meeting, according to a press release from Noke Konyak, general secretary, BJP Mon district.
Ananta Mishra inaugurated the new Mon district BJP office on September 21, after which he left for Longwa village in the Indo-Myanmar border along with Chinglei, vice president, BJP Mon, Noke Konyak, general secretary, BJP Mon district, and Chingsak, BJP Active worker of 44 A/C Phomching. They visited the Longwa Angh’s residence, Trade Center, Zero Point, among others.
On September 22, Mishra toured Shangnyu Village and interacted with BJP party workers of the village headed by N Khongwang Konyak. He and his team also attended World Vision sponsored cultural programme, where he delivered a short speech urging the people to vote for development in the 2018 general election.
